EV / 26How to register
Registration
Competition projects and conference attendance are registered separately.
01Competition project
Entries go through two stages, so every submission has the same structure and the jury compares projects on the same basis.
Stage one — entry form
Each competition has its own online form (Microsoft Forms, in Polish). In it you provide:
- the name of the person submitting
- school or university
- email address and phone number
- competition category: school or student
- project title
- team members
- team supervisor — mandatory in the school competition
- a short project description
Stage two — the project
You attach the project itself. The rules allow a presentation, poster, mock-up, physical model, visualisation, 3D model, infographic, short film, calculations or a technical analysis. If the file is too large to attach, add a link to it in the form.
Questions about the competitions: envision@uwm.edu.pl
Information on the processing of personal data under Article 13 GDPR will be provided with the form. In the school competition, entries are submitted by the supervising teacher, and consent to use the image of participants under 18 is given by a parent or legal guardian.
